They need to work on customer service. They suck! My wife is disabled so we went to the handicap ♿️ register and they refused to help us and told us to wait in line. And she was very rude about it. So we left without getting what my wife needed.
DO BETTER PEOPLE!!!

Do not go to this place. The customer service is non existing. Was ring the bell to get a product from behind the glass. 15 minutes waiting keep ringing the bell and no one came around. They need to do better or shut this place down.

If I could give less I would. The manager at the CVS on Glenoaks in Sylmar needs to take a refresher course on customer service! That store does not close until 10pm. I was in the store at 9:03pm I asked for the restroom and he said "oh the restrooms are closed already". His name is Daniel. He is not nice at all. Now I have a been a customer for more than 20 years. So because of his unprofessional mannerisms and lack of customer service skills I will be going to Rite Aid or Walgreens.

I don't think I've ever written a review cause it takes time out of my day and I'm a very understanding and forgiving person but this pharmacy has actually the worst customer service I've ever encountered. I called to get my prescription transferred here and the girl on the phone said I would be ready that day so I go to pick it up and when I walk up to the counter it looks like a bunch of high schoolers running the front counters. I tell them my prescription and the girl doesn't look me in the eyes at all and just says "yeaaaa we don't have it" and just walks off (just so rude??? Like why does she hate her job??) She comes back and I say "well I called you guys and said it would be ready and here" and she goes and says "well it says you have no more refills" (I went on my insurance app later and it said I had refills available) I just stare at her and say "that just doesn't make sense" she then tells me to go over to the drop off counter and see if this other girl can help me (she also looks like a kid) and she is very quiet (probably knowing they did mess up maybe she was the girl I was on the phone with) and says I have no more refills and they don't have it. The unprofessionalism there was just very weird. Moral of the story don't get ur prescriptions picked up here cause after I got in the car I called my doctor and they transferred it to a different cvs on San Fernando rd and I got it the next day easily and those people were very nice and professional.

Joana at the store register counter was eagerly helpful with my coupon at hand. With her great smile, it means a lot to someone who is dealing with illness like me. Thank you Joana. You made my day bright.

Have you noticed a pattern here? Most all the CVS pharmacies have a rating around 1.5 / 5. The rare high is 3 / 5. There is a reason, actually two reasons. First, the people working the pharmacy are hobbled by a corporation, CVS, that does not seem to care about anything but making as much $$$ as possible. Second, the pharmacists "whatever" attitude is coupled with simple incompetence. The techs pick up on it and do the same.CVS ain't hiring the best & brightest. My prescriptions are routinely filled 2-3 months too early, and they tell me to come pick them up. They try and fill cancelled prescriptions. My wife just spent three hours waiting for a Rx that CVS Sylmar just could not seem to take the time to call the doctor because the pharmacist had a question. It seems like it is always something.Appointment for a shot? Yes, other comments are correct when they say they had a appointment but ran out (and did not bother to call the patient), the pharmacist is out at lunch so the appointment will be an hour late (but did not bother to call the patient), etc. I have experienced all of these. .Alas, my insurance makes me go here. WHY would any health insurance company make you use CVS? Google it: CVS OWNS Aetna Health. AND, "Aetna is a subsidary of the Blue Cross...".And people worry about socialized medicine? People should be worried about corporations making massive $$$ and not caring how well the pharmacy is actually doing its job.One star is the lowest I can give CVS; so, that's it

I had a on line order at this CVS they said it would be ready the next day, the order appeared on my CVS account and the next thing it was gone but they charged my bank account. I went to the CVS and explained what happened and they said they could not help me they said I need to call CVS.com so I did what a nightmare, finally they sent me a email confirming the order went through, the lady at CVS.com said show them the email inside the store and they will take care of me, so I did they refused, needless to say I was upset and I just wanted my money back at that point and that was a big hassle also. The people at cvs.com aren't much help to the customers as the people inside the Sylmar store are definitely no help to the customers when it comes to taking care of online order problems, they should assist the customer in taking care of problems that occur online it's their store. Basically when I went into the CVS store, they just left me standing there saying that's my problem. Also the lady at CVS .com said there was a hold on my bank account I called my bank and they informed me that was not true, they ended up refunding my money to my account at least. Yes I was upset and all this was for $16.47 . Online is supposed to be hassle free somewhat.

I needed emergency antibiotics but this pharmacy decided it was not an emergency and delayed my prescription by almost an entire day. Awful
