Call to ask about a steel cable. They left me waiting 20 minutes. I drove to the place and I arrived and they told me that they didn't have the cable. It takes them 1 minute to ask those who do know. Now I wasted 40 minutes more gas. How do you think I came out more than upset. It was to curse them. but I prefer people to know that this place is not too serious about what they do.

I was in a bind in getting window screens for my work. David (the owner) came in on his day off to assist me with Windows screens for my job. He was extremely polite, respectful and humble. From his daughter the cashier and David the owner, I will drive back down to Sylmar for future business. This Company is a 5 Star business. Thank you !!

This store is like that friend who always has everything in the garage for fixing any and all things that break at home ..hands down knowledgeable professionals they make you feel like what you need done is very important prices are also reasonable you're guaranteed not to have a bad experience at this hardware store.. they've been in business this long for a reason I can't say enough good things about the workers there extremely knowledgeable. Period..

Yesterday paramedics had to break my mother in-law's window to help her. I brought the glass panel to Cooper's for repair but I didn't mention anything to the glass guy about how it was broken. He told me it would be ready in 20 min I couldn't believe my ears. How quickly I could secure my in-laws house while she was hospitalized was priceless. It was actually done in less than 15 min and in less than an hour, total time. Thank you!

Friendly , welcoming staff. We just love them been here for ever and stop and quickly pick up for small repairs around the house , painted bathroom and about a month or so doggie ripped our sliding door and hubby to down and they repaired it . Saved us a lot of money. Keep supporting our community local places .

I absolutely love that a mom and pop hardware store has survived the flooding of the big box stores! That being said it is overpriced a bit but I don't mind that. I want to support local businesses with neighborhood history, they are just not very nice.
