I've purchased three custom foam products from Cobra Foam Inserts. Each product was high quality and fit to specification well. Personally, I prefer the softer polyurethane products over the harder polyethylene products.

Ordered an off-the-shelf foam set for my pelican case and had no issues. Price was the best I could find and shipping time was reasonable. Ordered to at my door within a couple weeks, not bad for going fully across the country.
