Rating on Carwash the worst it doesn't clean or dry the vehicle like it used too with the 8.00 one back a year or less used to clean it and dry it good now no good

Cashier area real small not a lot of snakes or fountain drinks to choose from . Right off the freeway very convenient property is well maintained and clean

Careful with this place. Make sure they are pricing gas correctly. They tried charging me more. Beware of the scams and double check your receipt.

It was a horrible customer service, I pulled up to get gas, no issue, I pulled out the pump and I turned it around towards my car and lowered it, a bunch of gas came out all over my car paint and my foot and floor, now I smell like gas, it wasn't just a little, a lot of gas, it got my new shoes also. I was worried about the gas on my car, and the paint, I went inside and a man that was rude from the beginning, didn't speak English, and I told him gas fell all over my car and shoes and my leg, he went outside and said no leaks no leaks, went inside, I told him it can from the nozzle, he acted like I was crazy and looking at me like I was lieing. He said what do you want, I said I want my car washed... wtf, I got expensive paint. He than laughed and said car wash is broken, and smiled. It pissed me off. I walked off, I was pissed, I went back in and told him your rude and horrible customer service, and I was going to let everyone know how ghetto and horrible this gas station is. Stay away from this place...

This car wash is outdated and needs an upgrade. The machine doesn't take card or coins, so be prepared with the exact change in bills. It's old and run down but it's the only touchless car wash near me. Probably won't come back until it's upgraded... the car wash literally sounds like it's gonna break down at any time...

i stop to fill up my tank for $20.00 dollar for some reason its stop to $19.99 and he give cent back..but im not happy it seems that not paying attention to the job..for me not good...

Their car wash here Is HORRIBLE and a complete WASTE OF MONEY. All it does is spray down your car. No brushes to agitate and properly remove the dirt. Went here the other day and definitely a complete waste of time. My car still had dirt marks and dirt spots. Do yourself a favor and drive down to the Mobil on Hubbard. Their drive through car wash cleans much MUCH better and literally for the same price. Will never go here again!

My boyfriend ran out of gas a few days ago in a neighborhood he was unfamiliar with. On top of that he was driving my car and he forgot his wallet at home. My GPS let him know that there was a Chevron, which I assumed would take Apple Pay so I told him to go there. My boyfriend unfortunately had never actually used Apple Pay so when he went inside he asked the teller if they accepted it to which he replied "yes". Then my boyfriend followed up with "great, how do I do it?" To which the teller replied "USE YOUR PHONE". When my boyfriend replied with "I've never done it before" the teller just sort of shrugged. There was someone in line behind my BF so he got out of his way and went outside to try and figure out how to use Apple Pay. Then when he thought maybe he had it he went back inside, went to the counter and waited for the same clerk to turn around.... which he did not. Then my boyfriend said "ok so can I get $20 on pump #1?" No response. He repeated himself... nothing. He tried to get his attention again. NOTHING!! The clerk for whatever insane reason literally would not turn around?!!! My boyfriend gave up and went outside again. Luckily there was a lady in scrubs on pump #2 who saw what was going on and she came over and offered up her credit card so he could get gas. She didn't even care how much as long as he had enough to get where he needed to go but he insisted on stopping at $5. So to that beautiful human I want to say thank you because my boyfriend was literally almost in shock after how that freak of a clerk treated him. Again, thank you. Now to that bald headed clerk who was working on April 8 at 2pm, you are pathetic and I hope your boss reads this review. I don't know what your "deal" is. I don't know if it's because you didn't understand my English speaking boyfriend (he said the clerk had a heavy Spanish accent) or if you are deaf, ignorant, rude or maybe you didn't like the way my man looked (long hair, white, dressed like a musician..... BECAUSE HE IS ONE). Obviously he will never stop here to fill his own Denali WHICH he would have since it's on the way to the recording studio he has been driving to in Alta Dena on a daily basis.

I came to put gas twice it didnt put nothing in my car AT ALL 0 miles in my car. I tried telling guy at the counter and all he said was that it went through on his end. But yet i had 0 miles in my car. I need you guys to reimburse me cause I legit wasted my money to still have an emty tank
