From start to finish, we were made to feel like we were their most important customer. Always had time for our questions and concerns. We were flooring novices along with being pretty demanding. They guided us and held our hands throughout the process. Quick to respond. Reasonable price. Great selection. Knowledgeable, professional and friendly and got the job done when they promised. Lisa was fantastic helping me pick just the right color to go with my many types of wood furniture. The installers were wonderful. They treated my home and belongings with respect. On top of that they did a beautiful job of my floors and baseboards. I got a call every morning to make sure i was satisfied. The installers cleaned up every evening before they left. I highly recommend Wicalls for any of your flooring or carpet needs. I also love doing business with a family owned local business.”

“We hired Carpet Crown to install new flooring after getting multiple quotes from 3 other vendors to install new vinyl flooring at our HOA. They did an amazing job throughout our 4 story building to make sure the fit and finish was perfect. After 17 years of having disgusting carpet in our common area hallways, we now have beautiful vinyl floors. The floors have been installed for almost a year now and still look as good as they did the day Carpet Crown installed them. Since the new floors were installed we've had multiple units sell for much higher than previously possibly even with the highest interest in history.
