Worst place ever chubby lady that cleaning in the night is very rude she was screaming at me say she was going to charge me for mopping a little bit of water I dropped. She told me there’s towels that if I can’t see so I can clean it up myself when it’s her job . Plus these place is very dirty there dry sheets everywhere in the floor that people can fault instead of the worker talking to people about her life and how she need a diet and need and young guys she should get to work and respect people because we are customers.

This used to be my favorite laundry place because of how clean and well maintained everything was. It was the cleanest place I’ve ever been to. I went early morning on Sunday and all the washers I used (various loads sizes) were so dirty and smelly! They have so much mildew in them and when you open the top to put detergent and softener inside, it’s all dirty and loaded with water. It seems like a lot of the washers and dryers are broken down now too. They raised the prices on their machines and for that price and how low maintenance they’re keeping it, i don’t think it’s worth it anymore.

This was a total nightmare. I was at the laundromat for 4hours due to machine not working. There was no personal available to fix the machine and was told I had to come the following day to get my clothes. I wouldn’t recommend unless you want to go through this bad experience. I went in at 5:45pm and came out at 10pm. The worse part my clothes didn’t dry good. Other clients were complaining as well. Seems like this place is not like how it used to be.

Fat lady did not let me in, told me it was closed. Even though it was barely 11:03 and they close at 12. She turned me away with my laundry basket in hand and my two little kids next to me we had to walk home for nothing will not come back

Says they close at 12 came in at 9:50pm and I was told that I can not wash anymore. and after I was disappointed and told her that it’s over two hours till closing time, that it doesn’t mKe sense! Then she offered me to wash and dry but can not fold. Clearly this establishment doesn’t care or know how clothes work if you take out out of dryer Nd do not fold and for example take it home and fold there it will be wrinkled.

A washing machine ended up with soap and no spin and the lady who works there said that it was my fault, and that I had to pay again so that it would wash well and when I put my card back in to wash again the same clothes that were left with soap It said error, so it wasn't my fault? and I had to pay Double for washing again machines that they have that do not work and smell bad.

Clean and cashless machines with a prepaid card. Even pay using your phone. This last time I was in many (20+) of the washing machines were down. Hoping the next time I come in they will be fixed. Lots of snack machines and game machines. Last wash 10:00pm.

So I'm here on a Monday nite closing time is 12am at 11:30 the employee covering the night shift looks at me a states "that's it I think we're done I said you close at 12am she replies yes but when there's one customer left I could close when I'm ready the worst never again

Used to go there. Was great until the lady who works the Night Shift kept rushing to push her customers out so she can go home. She makes comments that makes her customers feel like they should just leave. I still have an hour and a half before you are supposed to close…

My experience at Boulder express was really bad. The lady that works in the morning on a Sunday was really mean and rude towards me. My machine got stuck for 30 minutes and I couldn’t find her and then when I found her, I told her what happened with my machine. She yelled at me and she said she didn’t care and also that she can take all the time she wants outside of the building because no one will care. But clearly people do care when they have problems with something in the laundry. Overall really bad experience with her. Wish I could rate negatives.

This service sucks no customer service the attendant tather talks and walks away rather than fixing the problem from washers not working truly horrible customer service and laundry mat
