I needed some magnets for my car and sent him my old one,John had 3 new designs for me to choose from within an hour, they were much better than my old one! I ordered the one I wanted, and was pleasantly surprised at how easy and user friendly the whole payment process was. John followed up a couple days later with a tracking number for my order, which I found to be above and beyond. Thanks John!
