I got my kitchen and bathroom tiles from Bedorsians and had an amazing experience. From walking into the showroom to their customer service. They really know how to stand out from the rest. Huge thank you to Maria who helped me made a correction to an order and without hesitation she took care of what needed to be taken care of. I also appreciate their social media page that gave me ideas on how to design my space myself. Thank you again!

I recently purchased Calacatta Tile and Hex Mosaic White tile from Bedrosians Tile & Stone for my bathroom remodel, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. They have great selection of tiles, easy to install, and I was impressed with their durability and resistance to wear and tear. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful in assisting me with my selection, and the purchasing process was seamless. My bathroom remodel turned out better than I could have imagined, thanks to the outstanding products and service from Bedrosians.

Visited first time...incredible selection for my bathroom remodel. Customer service were knowledgeable helping through everything I needed to finish my home project look professional and beautiful. I've since recommended to friends looking for tile in Santa Clarita area. I plan to visit soon for my master bathroom remodel.

I purchased tile from them for a project to replace all my downstairs flooring. My installer was delayed on another project so I had to wait 2 months for the install. Once finished, I had a few extra boxes leftover. Bedrosians has an archaic policy that they don't accept returns after 30 days! What home project is ever done within 30 days?! Ridiculous policy. Beware! I will never set foot in that crapfest of a store again!

A copy of the letter I sent to Bedrosians: Dear Sir/Madame I would like to take this opportunity to extend my appreciation to your employee, Alex Martinez. I was at your Sylmar showroom on July 3. First off, when I entered the showroom office, I was greeted by the entire staff turning from their desk, smiling and saying welcome. I sincerely appreciate being immediately welcomed and felt this was the place for me to be. I had the great experience of working with Alex. He is very customer service oriented; helped me stay within my small budget; worked with me on color and style choices and was efficient in the ordering process. He followed up with a call to inform me the marble slab was in the hands of the fabricator. The loading of my car was completed efficiently, safely and again with customer respect. I just wish I would have written down the gentleman's name that assisted me. It's so rare now a days to feel appreciated, respected and valued as a customer. I left your facility feeling all those things. Alex and your staff made my shopping experience pleasant, easy and believe it or not - fun! I will highly recommend your store and in particular - Alex, to my friends.

Just.qent to pick up some tile , Service was slow and they only hadn1nperson behind the counter which was on the phone the whole time so we had to wait.for someone else to show up and help pick up our order
