We showed up 15 minutes before closing, but Hugo didn't make us feel rushed at all. He answered all of our questions and explained differences between some of the mattresses we were looking at. Got the help I needed the person who helped me was friendly. The product I was looking for was in stock. Love the product and the pillow. I even love the complimentary key chain. Overall I am happy and would refer my friends to this place. It was my first time ever in the store.
