Very bad store, they don't help you put things in and they don't give you things that you squat well, nor do they try to verify, there are some workers who try but the manager looks very despotic and says that it's not very bad service.

Usually fine but busy and wait times vary widely.
Hours posted on door and website say it closes at 9 today. It was 8:45 and doors were locked. Nobody to be seen at the registers and no sign on door.

I get in the Zone, this place is awesome. Everything I need for my 2door Blazer, and my scion Tc, they always have the parts I need and the service makes you feel like family

They usually tell you to hold about half the time when you call and the other half they forget your on the line so after 5min i give up and hang up and try again later. They usally lock thier doors 5 min before closing time cus they wanna go home early, so best 2 get there 20min before they start closing. They have new manager their i forget his name has glasses and is very cool and if thiers a problem with my purchase i know i can go 2 him for help

I bought 3 windshield blades in @Autozone San Fernando CA for $42.96 using a $27.35 store credit and I paid an additional $15.61 with my credit card to cover the difference. I had to return one of the blades in @Autozone Sylmar CA since it won't fit and I was owed a refund of $14.32. Instead of giving the amount back to my credit card, I was told that I can only get a store credit since part of my purchase was paid with store credit. I argued on the contrary but the manager insisted on the store credit. Even after elevating the issue to their Customer Service, they still won't refund the amount to my credit card. This doesn't make any sense to me at all since I'm only asking for a credit card refund which is even less than the amount I paid with my card. Is what I'm asking for unreasonable?

Poor communication they leave you on hold for over 10 mins ..I don't recommend calling them for anything..maybe in person service will be better

I recently went the other day but just now did I have time to write my review. I was helped by a young man named Edson and I believe that the manager at the time was named Jesus or Joseph not quite sure. But man that young made my whole process quick and easy. It really feels good to know that respectful young men still exist.

Came in this afternoon for a battery change, to this location no other auto one wanted to help me, when I arrived I was politely greeted and felt welcome, this young man edson made the process quick and easy he was very helpful within 10 minutes I was gone, he wouldn't accept a tip so I decided to leave him a great review, I recommend coming here very friendly in in out services.
