I used AIM to purchase a refurbished GE T2100 exercise stress test machine for use in the UK. They are overall a good company to deal with. Initial communication was good and the price was very reasonable. Shipping was done with the items packed very carefully. I had some initial problems setting up the machine and Crystal offered a FaceTime call to go through it with the technician. It wasn’t needed in the end and everything is working fine now. My only criticism of them is that if you call them you are left waiting on the phone for ages which can be expensive as it’s an international call. Otherwise I am more than happy to deal with them again for any future purchases.

The staff at American International Medical have been terrific. My treadmill died suddenly and they were able to replace it in no time with an excellent quality Quinton TM55. Great customer service all around.

We had an issue with our treadmill and I started a chat with AIM online and was told someone would call within the hour which they did. Oscar, their technician asked a couple of questions, told me what to do and within minutes our treadmill was working again. I saved their information from several years ago when we had an issue and so happy they were still there and ready to help. Wonderful customer service, prompt response and a pleasure to work with. I can't recommend American International Medical enough.

Ordered a special part for my Quinton 3000 EKG Monitor, and received it quickly in good working order. More importantly, Joe, their Quinton resident expert, guided me through the diagnosis and installation perfectly. It is wonderful to have such an experienced organization still servicing our older equipment!

The company manages phone calls efficiently. The woman I spoke with was clear and concise and honest about the cost of a service visit to my office. Then I spoke with Joe, a technical guy, who understood and helped me so much on the phone that I could solve and fix the problem with my Q4000 treadmill's printer. I am very satisfied and recommend this company for any similar technical needs. Hats off to you guys! JW MD

We purchased the Quinton Q stress system. The shipping process was a little slower then anticipated, but the staff were extremely friendly, always responsive, and the product appears to be as advertised. We've only had it for a week, but everything looks great (brand new looking) and seems to work as it should. This was a cost effective option that I would highly recommend.
