I called Sutter City Auto a collision damage on my car. They worked with the Insurance Claims adjuster and the decision to total my car was reversed and my car was fixed right away...and they even charged my A/C for free and cleaned my car. The cost was way better than any shop in the bigger towns around.... Sutter City Auto is a hidden Gem, an best customer service ever.

They didn't do the job right, and the owner started to get pissy with me because I pointed out the mistakes he made. He got pissy about his work and started to lose it because I wasn't going to pay him for work that wasn't done correctly. He demanded payment for the 'labor' he did, but the work was worse than before I brought it to him. He also slammed my hood when he got fed up, almost cussed me out, and made me feel unsafe.

My son's Durango got hit in the rear and it caused some side damage as well. Not only was the price good they did a great job cutting out the small section and color matching with 0 flaws (that i could see or feel), the rear bumper was fastened tight and perfectly aligned. Going back for a quote on my truck today as i just got hit yesterday and will update how this second trip at this auto body shop goes.Services: Painting
