WONDERFUL. Went to both locations. Lots and lots of gorgeous items. Wish I was starting over and decorating but a little long in the tooth to "redo". Did buy lovely accent mirror at just the right price.

Takes owner a long time to respond to emails. When he/she finally did, response was unhelpful and rude. I guess they don't need the business.

I have spent thousands here. Work with Terrie. Today I came in for a piece that was advertised at a price and I made sure to call in for verification that it was in stock and had the piece held for me. I arrived and was shown a piece that was $600 more than the ad. I showed him the ad and he got upset and told me it had been YEARS since they were that price. I showed him my pic and the date which was two days ago. I told him it was online on the web site and continued to appear on my news feed on both Instagram and Facebook as recent as the night before. He refused to honor his ad. I'm so upset. My Xmas gift from my husband. Just kept showing me pieces that were other than what repeatedly was advertised to me. I believe this is called BAIT AND SWITCH. It's illegal. No integrity. No ethics. Keep away from them as they are VERY unethical. I am devastated as I was so excited to get this piece as an addition to my kitchen.

Left abruptly today because the sales person or owner was not wearing a mask. She was having a loud personal conversation when I walked in and no mask. As she walked towards me, still unmasked and still on the phone, she started coughing. That was enough for me, I left. Very disappointing. I had made a special trip from Sacramento as there were several items I was looking for, and had purchased some pieces from here in the past. Wear a mask. Be responsible.
