I love that these guys have embraced the digital age and I get a minute by minute tracking of where the technician is enroute and when they are estimated to get to my house! Chuck showed up within 2 minutes of the original estimated time and had the problem taken care of in less than 20 minutes! And it was all covered by warranty! Super knowledgeable staff and support team, friendly and very responsive! We couldn't imagine using anyone but Foothill Appliance for all our appliance purchases, service and support!”

“We visited for the furniture store portion of the small business. Only one friendly sales man working during the weekday we visited and he was busy. Good selection of quality sofas, recliners, lamps, tables, and mattresses. I've decided to give 4 stars due to the fact that the estimated time/day of furniture delivery quoted was WAY off. Couch was previously ordered before we came in and purchased, 2-4 weeks out from being available. We were told once that arrived we'd be getting the matching love seat, in stock locally, and couch delivered in approximately 4 weeks. We called back at week 4 and were told by a different sales person it would be 8 weeks. Not a huge problem, I realize things occur beyond control, but it seemed misleading, especially without a courtesy call explaining any unforseen delays. Overall, I'd recommend, but be wary of delivery quotes/sell tactics.”
