Very rude, simple question and didn't get an answer, just looked at me like I didn't belong here, had to ask her 3 time and gave me a rude response. Probably because I'm asian.

They let me drop off and then leave for an hour and a half and didn’t call to say their smog check was out of service. They had my number, but didn’t bother. They also have no waiting area and run saws outside the office, so you can’t hang out at all.
