terrible service. I've been calling every 3-4 days to get my internet situation fixed and they screw around every time and "put in a ticket". I did not have service for 12 days and was told I would get a credit to not pay the full bill. I waited 2 weeks and got a 30 dollar late fee for not paying my full amount. I never got the credit. now they want me to pay half my balance to apply the credit. they shut me off for non payment when I honestly shouldn't have to pay until they fix the problem. it took them 9 days to fix my service when a line broke and it worked for 3 days then went down again for 3 days before they could get someone to fix it. that was my 12 days I'm not paying. plus says 1Gbps download/upload and at best I've gotten 80Mbps. DO NOT use this company

If I could give negative 5 stars I would. If you have the option to get different internet please do. They're customer service lies and does not help. They charge a ridiculous amount for Internet that can't even handle Netflix streaming. Their modems are not up to date and they even suggest you get your own modem because the ones they provide are insufficient.

Internet is good and fast, but I have a Internet line down laying on the ground from the telephone pole and the power company told me it's not their wire and zito told me to call the power company. Wish me luck as I climb this pole and reattach the cable to the pole.

Constant service interruptions, no one in the office ever and rude customer service representatives when you do get some one on the phone. You’ll go days at a time with out service and they will not credit you when this happens. You’ll end up paying full price for maybe 3 weeks out of the month of actual service

They could not provide reliable internet. It was out more than it was on for the three weeks we had the service. They agreed to cancel the account and zeroed out my bill. Then two months later autodrafted $440 from my bank account for canceling the contract. The contract they couldn’t fulfill. Now they keep transferring me to a call center out of the country and won’t let me talk to any managerial staff. No local office available. Was told that I should have used my cell phone hot spot until my internet was fixed. IF you move out of the service area, you STILL have to pay a $440 cancellation fee. They say the policy is on their website somewhere. They have horrible internet and horrendous customer service. They will screw you over one way or another.

Just recently switched from wisprenn to zito and it works great can have multiple devices on the internet while gaming which is awesome:)

I had my internet installed on Monday the 24th and it is now Friday the 28th and it is still not working. It keeps connecting then disconnecting about every 5 minutes or so. I have talked to support at least 10 times with no results. Not happy at all!!!

4 calls. After call number 2 we were told someone would be out in 24 to 48 hours. Call number 4 (days into this) we were told they don't see the problem on their end: they NEVER CAME OUT! Now being told they can give a ticket to me for the privilege of talking to a supervisor in 24 to 48 hours. THE SERVICE DOESN'T WORK. The LIED about coming out, then claimed will it was just a maintenance call.

Service is pretty awful. Cancelled appointments with no phone call ahead of time. Run late on the appointments they make it to with no call saying they are running late unless you call their 1-800 number. Wife was told they needed a bucket truck to fix it, and figuring they didn’t say it might be tomorrow or the next day stayed home instead of making it to other appointments she had scheduled that day. Needless to say they didn’t show up and when contacted through the 1-800 number again, said it was scheduled for repair through the maintenance side. When asked about a date and time that it is scheduled for, well that isn’t part of the scheduling process. The local people that work for Zito are awesome, but the customer service is some of the worst I have experienced.

Absolutely the worst ISP possible. Service is out nearly all the time. It rarely works. Customer service is nonexistent, they are trained to lie. They promise they are working on it or that a technician will come out. They rarely show up, when they do show they are completely incompetent and unable to diagnose or fix problems. Terrible company. Do not recommend. This company only stays in business because they serve areas where there are few or no other options.

This is the absolute WORST internet "service" provider I've ever dealt with in my life. I have been without internet for two weeks now, and the week before that it was out for three days, and the week before that for two days. I only signed up with them about two months ago, and have been without service for most of that time. I have called Zito on several occasions, and at least four times they have told me that they will send a technician out to fix the issue within 24-48 hours, and not once has someone shown up! When I told the customer service rep that I have been without internet for the past two weeks, he said, "are you sure it has been two weeks, how do you know?" Are you JOKING?!The only thing they say is that a "technician is working on it," but the service is going out every single week for days at a time! I work remotely, so I can't afford to be without the internet this much, as I could lose my job. This company doesn't care, and their customer service reps are snarky and do nothing to help. I don't understand how a company that is this incompetent and dishonest is still in business and still taking money from people. Shame on the owners and hopefully they are getting what they deserve in life!

Good to know if I have a problem I'm gonna get lied to a million times over "there's a outage in your area" despite the fact the unit below me has zito and thiers is working fine. "The server is under maintenance, it should be done in 30 minutes" that was over 48 hours ago now! "Your on Mac 9 wifi, our technicians are working on it"After this I'm pretty sure I'm just gonna bite the bullet and pay for starlink. Atleast then I know I will have consistent wifi and won't be lied to a million times!
