Said they could provide internet but never hooked up line called and canceled service but they keep billing .

Terrible customer service. Doesn’t speak English and refuses to help or transfer to another person.

Internet is good and fast, but I have a Internet line down laying on the ground from the telephone pole and the power company told me it's not their wire and zito told me to call the power company. Wish me luck as I climb this pole and reattach the cable to the pole.
