I live in Lakeview, Oregon and was on my way to Reno so went out of my way to this store to get my phone fixed. The hours stated online and on the window of the store state they are open Monday thru Saturday until 6pm. I arrive on Friday at 3:15 and the store was closed. Another man had been there since noon. Totally unacceptable. Never go to this store.

I went in because the battery in my iPhone kept dying so fast. I have been with US cellular for over 2 years now I guess. Jacee was my rep. She was super helpful and knowledgeable about how to save me money on an upgrade and also about trading an old phone in. I have never had bad service in this store! I will continue to be a customer for that reason! THANK YOU JACEE!!!

Finally Verizon is no longer holding me hostage. I went in to speak with the T-Mobile crew and they were wonderful. They were fun and laughing and very personable I like that. They did tell me they could buy out my contract which is awesome however I'm almost done with Verizon so as soon as they are ended I am absolutely 100% going to T-Mobile I love their staff.

Absolutely incompetent staff. I went in to pay my bill because the website is not working to pay . I asked the female staff to please update my account so I get a bill in the mail . It didn’t happen. Instead I get the nasty notes / messages to pay my bill . Really ! I called and was told the manager isn’t it til Saturday. I will explore my options .
