Audrey assisted me when i had to make a substantial purchase. She explained the ins and outs of the item i purchased. If not for her, i would have went to Reno. I highly recommend tractor supply and if you need assistance, make sure to ask for Audrey

Earlier this week, Michelle- Store Manager, assisted my husband with a price check (miss labeled shelf). She did the exact right thing, verified the error in labeling from the sku and gave my husband the discounted price labeled on the shelf and not the sku on the item. She is a go getter, who gets, good old fashioned customer service skills! Thanks Michelle for doing the right thing!

Always helpful so much better then Ace hardware. However they are more of a feed store.They do carry clothing and boots.

Me and my boyfriend are both from Florida, and stopped in Susanville on the way to Oregon. It was snowy so we decided to come here to get chains for our tires. The only pair we could find in our size was discounted. Nowhere on the box did it say that the chains had any missing pieces…it did. So when we got to the point of needing to put them on, we were surprised to see that the most important part to hook the chains together was gone. We were too far away and too far behind in our trip there was no way we could turn back. We had to drive almost 100 miles on dangerous roads bc we didn’t know the chains weren’t usable. Why wouldn’t you throw them away or AT LEAST put a warning on the box. We could’ve legitimately died. The workers were kind though, so they have that going for them.

The employees here are very helpful and friendly. Whether it's loading my truck/car up for me, to getting items I can't reach, or informative about animal vaccines I've needed, they're always helpful and nice.
