I had Sandra do my taxes in 2019. I relocated here and I sold my house in Santa Cruz area then bought a house here in Susanville. I wanted a professional to do my taxes that year to make sure the IRS does not come at me for taxes owed. Well sure enough I got a letter for that year 2019 saying I owed a lot. I went back to Sandra and she said she can fix it has to do an amendment that will cost me 300 dollars. I said no I feel you should fix this for free, I paid 400 in 2019 to do it right the first time. She got in my face and told me to get out and never come back. She then grabbed my arm and was physically trying to push me out. I went to H & R Block and told them what horrific experience I had and they not only fix an easy mess up for 100 dollars they also said they don't charge if they had to make an amendment with the IRS because they take ownership when they mess up. H&R Block was so kind enough to print me paper work and report her to the board. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism EVER like that in my life! It is a shame that she tried to make me pay an additional 300 to fix a simple problem that she was at fault after all she is "The Taxlady". DO not go to her ever!
