Large, airy apartments. Two-story makes it feel more like living in a house, than an apartment. Friendly staff!

Management changed 4 times in the 8 years I lived there, and broke the door down twice for no good reason when I was out of town. They never repaired the door correctly. Tenants constantly come and go. Mildew, ants, and cloudy windows. I was stuck living there due to work, and couldn't drive the hours back and forth to Reno like many of my friends. Management kept a good portion of my security deposit even though I cleaned for 2 days before moving out. I lived alone and had no pets. No wear and tear for 8 years??? The carpet was already old (ugly) and worn. They wanted new carpet and painted walls on me! I left the place looking better than it did when I moved in. Beware. Take plenty pictures when moving in AND out. They will definitely try to keep your security deposit.
