We found our dream property on Trulia which lead us to Susanville Real Estate. Mike Meyer was our realtor and he gets 10+ stars & A+ for his professionalism and personality. He went above and beyond to make sure we knew our options for our budget. Michael Meyers sold our cabin on Eagle Lake. We were surprised it would sell the same season we listed it. He took photos (even from above with a drone) and made the sale easy and stress free. I would recommend Him with no reservations.

I don't know if they somehow get a lot of looky loos but they don't take real customer leads seriously. Tried to pursue rentals thru them twice but went no where. I think that the scam in this town is multiple applicants in one property paying multiple application fees. This is ILLEGAL! No matter what side your on this is not an independent territory (TSOJ), this is California (if anything else Nevada, lol) but their Fair Housing Laws are the same. First appllicant application w/fees, screen, approve or deny... THEN... On to the next interested party. It is illegal to take applications out of order and pick and choose. ALSO to all Susanville Realtors... You cannot refuse to rent to a person because you don't think they or their furniture would fit or like it or if they think you can budget it... AS AN APPLICANT, IF YOU QUALIFY IT IS YOUR CHOICE ON WHETHER YOU WANT TO ACCEPT THE RENTAL PROPERTY AND TERMS OR NOT.

If your looking to buy or rent, i highly suggest going to a different company. The employees are very rude and unprofessional. If you are a current renter i would look up laws and regulations before you move out. They will try to take your full deposit and blame you for damage that you didnt do. Make sure the agent follows the laws and regulations that are required for the state of California. A pre checklist and a checklist after you move out. I say this because a employee at susanville real estate failed to follow many laws that protect us renters and caused a lot of issues for my family and I. I was also pushed out of the rental 3 days early and when confronted about the reimbursement for the 3 days of rent, in which i paid for, the agent refused to reimburse me. The agent then proceeded to tell me as to why those 3 days arent reimbursable. As for buying they will try to push the buyer into something that is way out of their budget and try to use a mortgage lender that. In my opinion, isnt very good.
