This was going to be a one star review and a rant. However, it’s not. I highly recommend checking the MSRP sticker and making sure the vehicle you’re buying has the features you want or can’t live without. There was a mistake made in what the vehicle was equipped with. Instead of saying “I never said that” Matt Biasley admitted he made a mistake. Honesty from a car salesman. Thank you Matt this was the second vehicle I have purchased from Matt and Susanville Dodge/Jeep. I stayed local and with people like Matt I’ll keep coming back.

After shopping around Reno and the internet for months, I finally found the exact Durango I was looking for in Susanville!! Working with Raul and Shane was super easy, all over the phone and email. They handled everything and delivered the car to me here in Reno. My registration was completed and within a week I had my new tags. Such a laid back vibe, I highly recommend this dealership. I love my new car!!!

Big shout out to, Dodge, Jeep, Ram for getting my truck back on the road. I broke down on top or around Lassen mtn. area far from the dealership, I was able to somehow limp the truck to the dealership and as soon as I got there I was greeted with respect and kindness… although they did not have the part in stock they ordered it and had it installed within 24 hours. Everyone from the service department was absolutely amazing, for me the cool part was when the technician showed me what was wrong with the truck instead of telling me.
Matt, Mike, Josh ,Laurie and Jerrika we’re top notch, that small town charm vibe was definitely felt at this dealership.
Next time I am in town, Starbucks is on me. Thank you so much for getting me back on the road just in time to make my son’s birthday. :)

I am having a most unpleasant experience with Susanville Dodge Dealership service department. If you are able today take or tow your vehicle elsewhere I strongly encourage you to do so.

Had my mom take her jeep here to fix a misfire in one of her cylinders they quoted me 1100 to fix the issue and all they did was give me a tune up and reset my check engine and only one day later the lights back on now they want to charge me for knows what again to address the problem they told me they were going to fix what a bunch of crooks if I could give negative stars I would!

Be wary with this dealership. Contacted them about a truck and they marked the truck up above advertised price and increased the interest rate on the loan. They also shot gunned my credit app to multiple lenders without approval after I told them I already purchased a truck from another dealership. Just received another notice today about them running my credit in early May. They were notified of my purchase mid April.

Need shades in the waiting area. Better communication between the service writers and mechanics. Morning meetings should not be where customers can hear as it was very loud and a good amount of cussing. Follow up can use improvement.

I got the car I wanted at a good price. No high pressure sales. Brian Rudd is good to deal with as a salesman. We tell him what you need and he tries to make it happen.

I am not a happy camper because this is the 4th car I bought from them and they all had issues. This is the 2nd car that I bought that loses power. I go to start the car and it won't start. Its completely dark.. not even the sound a car makes from dead battery. The last car was brand new and I had it in the shop 4 times before the issue stopped. This car has less than 28,000 miles on it and it's doing the same thing. The battery, alternator and started all check out. However since I bought this car used the 100,000 mile extended warrantee does not covered the car dying 4 times in 9 days. I had to pay out of pocket on a car that I have not put on more than 1600 miles on. I'm very unhappy with this purchase. I know they say this problem is ford's problem but there are a lot of tow truck drivers in the area that had said this is a common problem from all of their new and used cars.
