Andrew Rupley was very attentive to all our needs. If we had a question, he would get back to us usually the same day. We were referred to him by our agent in Kansas and would definitely recommend him to others.

I feel bad that it took so long to write a review on here due to personal family loss, But i have been so impressed by Andy when i finally had the free time had wanted to write down a review. Andy had gone literally ABOVE AND BEYOND for us, along with the rest of the team. When things were promised to be done for the house to be in order to be sold Andy did the hard work for us, and actually got to cleaning. When items in the contract weren't there he and the team had left gotten items for use to use in our kitchen . He even wrote a tender card and sent a picture of him and his new wife.Since we finally got a functioning oven and fully moved into the house we're baking the brownies we had wanted to a while ago. We will never forget his kindness and warmth along with all the work he's done for us. We recently sold our vacation home in Spalding/Eagle Lake and our realtor was Shaun Heard with Smith Properties. This was the best and the smoothest real estate transaction we have ever had. He went above and beyond in helping us, since we were from out of the area. If you need a realtor, who is knowledgeable and knows the area, go with Shaun Heard.
