This laundromat stands out for its cleanliness and well-maintained equipment. All machines are in working order, and any units undergoing maintenance are clearly marked - a thoughtful touch that saves time and frustration.
The staff presence is a definite plus. There's usually an attendant on-site, which might sound intrusive, but it's quite the opposite. The staff member I encountered was unobtrusive, minding her own business while still being attentive to customers' needs.
I experienced their exceptional customer service firsthand when I accidentally left my laundry in a washer for over a week (yes, I know, very forgetful of me!). When I called to inquire about it, the attendant not only remembered my clothes but had taken the initiative to dry and fold them. They were ready and waiting for me when I returned.
One practical detail worth noting: the last load for wash is at 7:30 PM. This is helpful for planning your laundry routine, especially for those with busy schedules.
This level of care, attention to detail, and clear communication about operating hours is rare and truly appreciated. It's refreshing to find a laundromat that goes above and beyond, turning a mundane chore into a pleasant experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable, clean, and customer-oriented laundry facility.

I had a great experience when I went in. I've never been to a place that had an attendant whose there to assist you if you have any issues but this place did. Brenda was so kind and helpful. We chatted for a little while and then she went on to help and greet other patrons. Great atmosphere.

Great place to do your laundry, always clean the staff super great friendly,. Machines in good working condition and clean. B and b always there to help you. Ones again staff is the best. Thank you you guys ate the best!!¡!!

I hadn’t used sierra wash n dry for many year's due to the machines being non-operable and not so clean. Last week I brought in 4 loads to wash. I was impressed by how clean the machines were and only one was non-op. I hang dry almost all my clothes. I dry my bedding, towels, underwear and socks and was able dry them in one load. The attendant,Brenda, was very helpful and nice. She works really hard to maintain a very clean facility. I would definitely recommend this laundry matt as a go to for all your laundry needs.

Highly recommend this laundromat. It is always very clean and well maintained. There are plenty of carts, machines, and folding areas. The attendant is always friendly and helpful and the vending/change machines are always well stocked. Safe location with plenty of parking. This is the only place I will use.

When I went in I was greeted by an employee named Brenda that was very friendly and helpful. Sierra Wash N Dry and dry is definitely the nicest laundry mat in Susanville. Highly recommend

Brenda (the attendant) absolutely rocks, super friendly and helpful! The cleanest laundry facility I have ever been in... and I'm old so that's saying A LOT! Definitely the place to go for your laundry needs in Susanville!

Is a nice big laundry mat. Clean .a couple of coin machines which is great. Have a good selection of products reasonably priced. Was a hot day and didn't seem to mind me having my dog along with me.
Washers and dryers seemed to work well. A nice employee and a bit moody one but it happens wasn't rude . Have soda and snack vending machine. Recommend it.

I have never been so disrespected by an employee of a business I have used for so many years, spent soooo much $ and left it better than I found it by cleaning up after myself with all the loads I would bring in. Never again. I walked in to be greeted by WENDY, the owners mother and laundry attendant with orders being barked by her before I even loaded a machine! Wendy yelled at me about a blanket I had loaded in a med size 5.00 washer I have used to wash this item for 4 years. Yelled at me to remove it and put it in the $8.00 load I had set with my personal bedding and continued to monitor what I brought in to wash. I had $60.00 of washers in use this trip. I try to do large items every 3 mos in this manner and spend approx 100.00. Wendy again yelled at me ACROSS the laundromat I could not load the bedding covers I brought in for the machines I was using for smaller loads. I was WAITING to load them in the 8.00 machine after my quilts were done in their cycle. The dryers I used of the 8, 2 were not hot air, blowing tepid air and I had to move items to other dryers and spend more $. I was not washing items that were illegal to wash. It was unknown to me wy this employee was so confrontational and acted as if I was washing horse blankets or oil rags vs household goods. I will NEVER use this business again and will be sure to spread the word on how this employee treated a long time customer that NEVER disrespected this business or it's equipment!

You put it on hot water and they have no hot water. you put your clothes on warm and no warm water comes out this place is terrible
