My family and I love to stop at Rite Aide for a big yummy scoop of ice cream. But this time was a sour surprise. Raven was the workers name. Consider putting her on janitor duty because she isn’t a people person. A scorn look on her face. Very rude. Gave each of us half a scoop. Put them in bowls when we asked for cones. When the bowls were given my husband had to ask if we could get cones. “ what do you think I’m doing? I’m looking for spoons.” Keeps her back turned towards us. And she couldn’t find spoons so just put the cones in the bowls. Maybe apologize and redo the servings because you messed up? She obviously has no desire to work there or at least fake it/give good customer service. Or Fire Raven

I’ve been getting Thrifty’s ice cream cones for over 50 years and each experience has been exceptional until today. If you’re in Susanville for a cone and you happen to have Raven, walk away from the ice cream counter. Unless of course you can easily lick your ice cream out of a cup. She didn’t bother to put the ice cream on a cone, and only mentioned she didn’t have any spoons after she half heartedly scooped a half scoop into a cup. You’ll be better off picking up a 1/2 gallon and taking it home.

Since the pharmacy has changed their hours and days they are open, they have become inept in filling the service that they signed up for. We are not just customers, but patients that are in need of prescriptions for a better quality of life. I will be moving on to someone else who can deliver that which is needed for my quality of life.

I worked for this very Rite Aid, all was good till 3 weeks in. I was treated poorly by management. But I came in everyday with a smile on my face. Customers were always happy to see me even if I was running two registers and serving ice cream when no one wanted to help. little did they know I was suffering. I had a mental break down after working here for almost 2yrs and now suffer from extreme anxiety and depression, I can no longer hold a job without panic attacks.

I now have to change pharmacy's because Rite aid hired a person that got fired from the hospital for violating HIPAA. I don't need people looking at my information and talking about it to there friends.

This has got to be the worst pharmacy ever. I’ve been trying to get my prescriptions filled for a week, huge lines, no answer to phone calls. Finally I go in today and the pharmacy is closed for three days. No excuse when people are relying on your store for medical necessities.

Drove 35 miles one way to get flu shot for me and my husband only to be told they're only doing online appts. At front door is a sign that says "walk in or online appts for vaccines" told them they need to take the sign down. Might be time to change pharmacys.

Do not use their pharmacy. I repeat do not use their pharmacy. The excuse I get always is they are short pharmacist. The drive-through is non-operational and their phone lines are down they do not work so you cannot call them I spent over three weeks trying to get my prescriptions transferred from CVS and they were still unsuccessful I called Walmart pharmacy once and they got my prescriptions that day. This is a pathetic excuse for a pharmacy I cannot believe they are still in operation. Imagine if someone is in a true emergency and needs her pain medication I can’t imagine what they go through I tell my patients that are discharged from the hospital to never go here they will never get their pain medication. I don’t know why management does not do anything about this. You have been warned.

I'd made an appointment for vaccines online. It was scheduled for 9:50am so I arrived at the store 10 minutes early. There was a note on the door stating that the store was temporarily opening at 10am instead of 8. Apparently they arbitrarily make up their own hours at the Susanville location! This late opening caused a big backup at the pharmacy so I had to wait nearly an hour before my name was called. The pharmacist was the nicest person there so he made up for my wait. After my vaccines I tried to shop. What a joke! Empty shelves, stock still in boxes blocking the aisles, and not a single Autumn decor item in sight even though it was featured in the ad. Then, to top it off, the cashier tried to fit my 2 bags worth of food purchases into 1 bag. I had to INSIST on a second bag because I was on foot! DO NOT BOTHER TO SHOP AT THIS HORRIBLE STORE!! They don't deserve our business. BTW, I'm a retired retail buyer, manager and customer service trainer.

I come here often and usually never have a problem but Debbie was very rude when my three kids and I came to get Ice cream. Very impatient and even had the nerve to say “that’s not what I asked” over ordering ice cream cones. 0/5 stars for her and her poor attitude.

Wife and I both tested positive for covid, were prescribed a medication for high risk patients went to pick it up and was told we'd need to "Be near death" before we could have it filled. Apparently the pharmacist is better qualified then the doctor.....was also told instead of waiting in the car in the parking lot that we could "Go do something around Susanville" WE HAVE COVID.....absolutely incompetent!
