I had a vehicle issue where I lost power, wouldn't restart without a jump, lights and gauges were going nuts. I figured either battery or alternator. After jumping the truck I drove to Rich's Repair where he was about to leave for lunch, but upon quick inspection he told me it's definitely a wheelbearing because the wheel was tilted. He said "yep, with that leaning wheel, I wouldn't drive it like that, that's ur problem ".
After that I took my negative-camber tilting Ford to another shop and had a new Alternator put in it, and away I went!
I don't know if that was deliberate deceit or what, but he must have thought I didn't have a clue about vehicles. The fact is, I could have put the alternator in myself but I was traveling with family, and didn't have my necessary tools. Big shout-out to Raul @ Auto World! He had the new alternator delivered and installed in 1 hour, I continued my trip, I'm back at home. Same wheels, bearing, wheel-sensors and camber! HEAD-UP!

We were traveling through Susanville on Monday 4-15-24. We encountered a transmission issue, called Riches to see they would be able to diagnose problem, then called tow company. The towing company couldn't get our car to Riches before closing time. Mark was great he waited for our car to get to shop before going home for the evening and assured us that they would check it out first thing in a.m. Unfortunately our transmission was ruined and would need to be replaced with a new unit. They checked it out without charging us for their time! I just want to commend Rich for hiring and running such an upstanding and courteous business, a true rarity today! Thank you!

We had blown a radiator over the Shasta mountain, was feeling Are tank every 10 miles with 5 gallons of water We were stranded trying to get back to Utah to our family. It was on a Sunday, and we thought we lost all hope..A man saw us having troubles and given us Richard's number. We message, Richard We figure not gonna hear anything by the next day. Also for the fact we had already tried multiple other mechanics that refuse to help us. But richard got back to us that night And helped us the first thing in the morning. He said it will take about 2 to 3 hours. He had it done within an hour and a 1/2.he was great with prices in reasonable He got us back on the road to get to our family's. We were home The same night. If I could have any mechanic living in our town. That I can call anytime it would be Richard.He is the nicest fastest. Reasonable mechanic I have ever met. And he does not b******* you any doesn't charge you for c***** You don't need. Thank you so much, Richard, you are the best mechanic.

My son was in town for a baseball tournament and his truck broke down on a Friday evening and one of the mechanics came out and fixed it on Saturday morning. Great service! Special thanks from an out of town family!

Over the top service!!!Driving from Washington state. Our 250 Ford pickup broke down. Rich went above and beyond to find the part and get us back on the road.
