“I am writing to review Ferrellgas and giving it a 5 star rating. We have always been happy w Ferrellgas. We did have a brief time of being unhappy with them when they charged us an unusual charge. I called about it and the first person I talked to and then emailed Ferrellgas did not get me anywhere. After a week of no response, my husband and I called and talked w Hallie. She was amazing- very friendly, and worked very hard to keep our business by working out a compromise! She said she would get back to us and she did!! So we continue to be happy w Ferrellgas and Hallie gets all the credit!!”
