Not a great experience. They got back to us when we emailed, quickly which was nice. Had a quote that same day. But we stated that we wanted to be there when they came and NST did nothing to work with us so we could be home. (Surveying property lines) They said they would let us know when they got closer to a date...but then just showed up out of the blue without emailing either myself or my husband letting us know they were in the area and would be coming by. Communication was terrible when all was said and done. Will not use them in future.
