Susanville Napa auto parts has poor ethics and moral values. NAPA LOST MY BUSINESS and I will advise all my family, friends and coworkers to not spend a cent there! I am disappointed that the manager himself took advantage of my son by not only selling him overpriced tire cables but said he cannot return them. Even if the box was not opened. I'd respect the return policy if Napa's manager had good ethics and had not taken advantage of a customer that wasn't familiar with the product. Selling $275 for cables for a van was poor ethics. Customers can't trust that they would not be taken advantage of.3/22/2023: Today, Susanville Napa autoparts corrected the issue and refunded my son. I know my son learned a lesson. He now will be researching before any purchase and to question everything and not to take things as face value. Just another valuable life lesson. I appreciate that Napa corrected the issue.

Chris at this location is the man! He was able to lookup a specific set of tire cables and put them on hold for me. Great customer service and did me a HUGE favor by looking up and sending a receipt via email for a purchase I made passing through the city. Give this man a day off and a raise please.

Went out of their way to make things difficult. Glad the Chester location made up for it. Do yourself a favor and skip the Susanville location and go to Oriley's or Auto Zone or go to the Chester Location.

This little Napa store has the largest selection of reasonably priced tools & odd's & end's, I've ever seen. Who ever runs this store, i have to give him or her "Props". The selection if random item's takes up most of the walkways, a clutter of awesome deals!

Jerry and his co-workers are amazing! I came 300+miles as part of the Santa Rosa Salvation Army EDS team to prepare food for the evacuees. My battery died leaving me stuck. Not only did Jerry help me with incredible speed and kindness but also with unexpected generosity. Susanville has a great merchant and community representative here. Bless you, Jerry!
