The apartments have all just been remodeled inside and out, they look great, the manager is kind and helpful, there are apartments available for rent right now and they rent by your income, 30% of your income or less.

I've once had a friend who lived there back in high school, and I would come visit him sometimes during my sophomore year. Honestly, I think that place would be pretty ok to live in, if you take much better care of your home, and cleaned it up properly. The only problem I do have about this place though is if there's any drug addict people who lives there, I would try to avoid them at any cost.

I am writing this 2 years into my residence here so my review is not slanted or bias. Over all the complex is well maintained. It is subsidise housing. If you are into your home more than other peoples homes then you should do well. The caliber of Tennant's is not a five star rating but it is not One star rating. Some Tennant's like to subsidise their income and I will leave it at that. The children are products of their environment. You can only be as good as your role models. The apartments are clean upon moving in. They are older apartments. Maintenance is done by work order unless it is an emergency. I have found them to be pretty responsive. Treat people with respect you usually get respected back. Over all if you are not a Gladys Kravitts(nosey neighbor) you will be fine. If you don't like what you see happening right outside your door then I suggest you alert the proper authority's. The apartments grounds are kept clean. Management does what it can it is government housing.
