Very knowledgeable and helpful!! Highly recommend. We had an odd, uncommon situation with a last minute amendment needing to be done asap before the 4th year time cutoff happened, and Liberty Tax pulled it off! Thank you for everything! We really appreciate the understanding of the strange predicament we found ourselves in and you being able to accomplish the task of “fixing” it! :)

If you years ago when I went to here last I would have given them a 4 to 5 star rating. We went to them this year knowing that we were going to owe taxes. When we went initially the Internet was down so the lady told us to leave the W-2s and that she would call us when she had it set but not to expect much because despite the fact that we own two small businesses and such, that any deductions were almost impossible to find anymore. Less than 15 minutes after we left she called us and just calmly said you owe $5000. I called H&R Block and they were shocked that she puts a little effort into it and they said she was completely incorrect on how hard it is to find deductions. We called liberty to get our W-2s back and she was very rude on the phone when I told her I just need to set a time to come get it she was very abrupt it had absolutely zero customer service. You could tell she no longer enjoyHer job and that she did not want to be there. Well I won't keep her there because I will never go back to liberty taxes again

I felt very overwhelmed with tax season and all the forms, didn't know what to do. Went to the local liberty office and the staff there was so incredibly helpful and polite, and made what I felt was a horrible experience, not so horrible at all. I will be going there every year now.
