I called and spoke to V, she was able to get me an appointment quickly through their Digital Optometrics platform; she explained what to expect. The process was very cool and I was grateful for my technician Jordan who was with me the entire time.

This place is amazing. Haley helped me out in getting an appointment. She was also helping my parents get an appointment as well and had stellar patient care along with the doctors she works with. Clearly a bright star in the establishment of already really great employees. 10/10 would recommend this practice.

Nice and friendly staff. Called in the morning and was called back a few hours later and able to be seen on the same afternoon due to a cancellation, Jordan was very efficient and thorough with the exam and Bailey was very helpful with making sure I got not only the right pair of frames but everything I would or wouldn’t need for the lenses.

My experiences at Legacy have been great (without having to make the dreaded trip to Reno).
The facility is well kept and the staff seem to have a true concern for their patients.
All of the staff have been amazing and several stand out specifically to me….
Holly (the office manager ) went way above and beyond when we were trying to get my contacts adjusted/fitted to my aging eyes and my arms that are becoming too short to read anymore. Her determination and attention to detail made it to where I finally don’t struggle to comfortably read a book, street sign, computer monitor, etc. it did take several visits to get the correct prescription but as I said, it is only five minutes away and not an hour and a half.
Vedi ( the front checkout/insurance gal) has always had a smile and upbeat attitude. Her knowledge and willingness to get all the details of the visits and follow up needs all patients have.
I have been so happy with Legacy and the staff that more of my family members and friends now go there after I have recommended them.

I called and spoke to V and she was able to get me in on a telehealth appointment for an eye exam and walked me through what the process would be. Then day of, I had Michelle as my tech and she was really helpful and made my telehealth appointment go smoothly.
