Had a burst radiator that needed a replacement. The crew here was honest, responsive, and reliable. They worked on the car the same day and even helped me clear out the error codes from the car. Not very expensive and a good choice to go to when you are in the area.

I was on a road trip driving through town, when my car started giving alert issues. I took the car to a few places and they were no able to help me. When I came here, they took the car right away in and tried to find the issue and get it fixed. Regretfully they didn’t have the parts needed nor in the near by auto parts stores, and despite this and spending good part of an hour working on the car, they did not charged me- so I brought them a six pack.A shout out there to look for this jewel if ever needed.

Jacksons has a mechanic that can and does brake rotors that need turned, unless naturally there to worn or warped like on of mine were, so they ordered one from a store in town, slapped it on with the other turned one and i was out of there, Great job guys

I had issues with my van and I called this outfit. The guy, Buck, the manager, was absolutely accommodating and came immediately to my vehicle, and explained the problem. Very knowledgeable. I recommend them!

I had a trailer emergency while at my home in Lake Almanor. After pulling my trailer down from WA state I noticed I had a bald tire. I saw that the hub was loose and probably wobbled the whole 800 miles. I got tires but they couldn't repack and adjust the wheel bearing for 4 days which was after I was leaving. After calling several shops I called Jackson's Service Center and spoke with a guy who said they could do it the next morning at 9:00AM. I got there early and met Buck who told me that he was the one I spoke with the day before. It turned out I had damaged the inside bearing and needed the bearing and grease seal. Buck drove to the auto parts store and picked up the parts himself. The other hub had the same issue and he ordered the parts for delivery. He reassembled the hub and I was ready to go. He was fast, efficient, and did only what was necessary. I was on my way again. I cannot recommend this shop enough. The cost was reasonable and staff was professional. I will certainly use them in the future.

Just went to Jackson's and met the new owners. They let me know they were in training and learning the new ins and outs of their new business. They were very friendly and courteous. I always get my gas there, as I love the old fashion service of doing my windows and filling the tank. Take the opportunity to go in and let them pump your gas for you. It's great. I will definitely recommend themCheryl

Mr. Jackson was ready to retire and sold the business. Today, I met the new owners. As always, love the old fashion pumping of gas and washing the windows. The new owners were in training. LOL. They are learning the new ins and outs of the way Mr. Jackson ran his business. Keep this old fashioned service going by coming in not only for the cheap gas, but other services as well. Cheryl

Quick, easy, and affordable. There's not much else to say. They are the best in town, in my opinion. Never had issues, guys, are super quick. Nascar pit crew fast.

Best owner and employees in town. They are the only station in town that has people to fill you up when you stop in. I would never go to a different station in town.
