We took 2 of our special needs lady’s to get their hair cut. Even showed the beautician picture of how they wanted it cut. What a horrible job. One of our lady’s is a 54 year old Down syndrome, her cut was absolutely heart breaking. We truly take pride in how our people look. It’s a-shame she didn’t take pride in the job she did. If she couldn’t do the cut she should have said so. Then we could have decided on something else. Then to pay $30 each, for such a bad job.

This was supposed to be lowlights against my silver locks! As she was walking to get more color, she tells me"well, it's going to be a little darker, nonchalantly. Im thinking, "Why didn't she ask me if I wanted to go lighter or darker if she didn't have the color I asked for?!" And then she tells me, "you can see the roots. I'm going to do some touch up. It will sit for another five minutes." I didn't ask her to color my hair meaning my whole head! Low lights or high lights are suppose to be weaves in from THE ROOTS,SPARINGLY, NOT MASK YOUR NATURAL COLOR WITH AN OPPOSITE COLOR REQUEST! I still can stop crying. BEWARE!

Best salon in town! All the ladies are great people !i love my hair, I get it colored and cut and I am always happy with the results ! It's totally affordable and I can't believe they don't charge more!!

Great place for a haircut. Not sure about women's hair. They do take walk ins, but you should call, they are very busy. Rose cuts my hair and always does an excellent job.
