“Nice enough Walgreens location and has everything you'd expect to find here. I've had to wait a bit to checkout before, as like with most Walgreens this one seems to be chronically understaffed. That being said the employees are always super nice and do the best they can.”

“This review is solely regarding the Thrifty Ice Cream counter. I had never had Thrifty Ice Cream before, but my hubby said that he used to get it all of the time when he was a kid. He said that cones back then at Thrifty were only 5 or 10 cents. When he noticed the Thrifty Ice Cream sign on the Rite Aid building he HAD to go. (Apparently, years ago Rite Aid bought out Thrifty, but some of them kept the ice cream counters.) The scoops are square-ish like they were way back when. They have 3 different types of cones, serve in a cup, and also sell in pints or quarts. They have 18 flavors of ice cream and frozen yogurt. My hubby enjoyed his scoops of Black Cherry and Mocha Almond Fudge in a cake cup. I loved my scoops of Butter Pecan and Chocolate Brownie. The Butter Pecan had an outstanding flavor. When I like something more than chocolate... you know it is really tasty. ;)”
