While Rob at High Sierra Collision was very busy he was willing to help us. He made many phone calls and finally found someone to repair our vehicle. We were back on the road in 4 hours. “I was traveling through Susanville on a road trip when I had an issue with a bumper protector on the front of the car. I called Superior Autobody late in the afternoon and spoke with Cory who said he could take a look at it. I drove it in and Cory immediately went to work, despite my car not being a model that he usually sees (Tesla). In less than 20 minutes he had completely repaired the damage, better than I’d thought could be done. His willingness to put his regular work on hold and take care of my urgent matter was really appreciated. He was very gracious and I can’t express enough how grateful I am for the excellent service. He saved me a lot of stress and possibly a day of travel. I can’t recommend this place highly enough.”
