I really cannot praise this shop enough. On the afternoon of July 3rd I was passing through Susanville driving home to oregon when I noticed my car overheating. Every mechanic I could find was closed for the Holiday and Chris was finishing his work for the day. I pulled into his lot desperate for help and Chris spent the next 4+ hours helping me get back on the road. (to the best of my limited understanding) the fitting connecting my radiator hose had crumbled fromthe inside. that fitting along with the hose were shot. Chris literally worked a miracle to get me back on the road. He said that he realized I couldeasily be stranded for days because ofthe timing, (just beforejuly 4th holiday) and he would hopethat if someone in his family was inmy position a mechanicwould help them out. there really are not enough people like this left in the world today. I encourage everyone to support this business.

I am the Mom Austin mentioned who hit the deer. There was a lot of damage to my car and I was pretty shook up, and far from home. My son called Autopro, and I limped my car to their shop. I was very impressed by the professionalism I saw there and felt comfortable leaving my car there to be repaired. They communicated with me throughout the process and did a wonderful job on my car.

Did great with the body work on our Cadillac, however they did not fix the car completely, having only hammered the tie rod back into place instead of replacing it. I had to do it myself at home.

Hammered a bent tie rod instead of replacing it. They have good body work but their mechanics have no idea what they are doing.

My mom hit a deer on her way back to Oregon late one afternoon. They not only stayed open so she could get her car there, but made sure she was taken care of till we could arrange transportation. Not to mention they did a great job on the repairs! Above and beyond the call of service, phenomenal experience. Thank you!!

After hitting a deer, I took my car in on a Tuesday for an estimate, took it back on Thursday, and the repairs were finished the same day. Beautiful work, perfect color match on the paint, and professional handling of the claim. Highly recommended!

Give me a call.. I'll show you some crap work. 249-4612 bad install on flatbed, wiring wrong, fuel hoses installed with PVC and zip ties (seriously) paint peeling. Too it back to get repainted... He MISSED! Peeling around door handles and now the strip on the flatbed is coming off...
