Raoul is the man! Honest and straight forward when it comes to giving you a quote on work that needs to be done, and they generally get the work done for me at or below the original estimate. These guys are the only ones in town I trust besides myself to work on my modified GTI and I highly recommend them for either foreign or domestic car or truck repairs.

The price that was quoted was redulious due to they put the wrong size part and it was a used part and then he tells my husband that the car is to old. 2001 Ford Crown Victoria, 23 years old, with regular oil changes, tune ups it still runs great. It's sad that a small business treats another small business badly.

Call about front brake pads and rotors. He was much less than everyone we called. He was straight up and honest on the price. He did come down when it turned out I did not need rotors. He cut the bill almost in half. That shows me he is honest. He could have lied and said I need rotors because I thought I did.Service: Brakes

If I could give this “business” a zero star rating I would. My vehicle sat there for a week and didn’t move out of its spot. Multiple people tried calling to get an update on the expense and an estimate of when the vehicle will be ready. No answers and no calls back. I finally went in and he told me it was going to cost a fortune for only 3 things I wanted done and he told me that the head gaskets and catalytic converter weren’t a priority to be fixed. It continued to sit there for 3 more weeks and then we got a call saying it is ready for pickup. Went in to pay for the services he “did” and was told that he hadn’t even started working on it. Not to mention it took him 2 weeks just to look at what was wrong and do a diagnostic, and when I went by there the first time the vehicle was sitting on the side street with the hood open and unlocked. Thank god I didn’t leave any valuables in there. This whole “business” has been a nightmare and I would stay away if I were you.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Camping at Lake Almanor and our engine light came on. No one in Chester could see us for a week. So we drove to Susanville. We were pleasantly surprised when Auto World saw us right away. Not only that they fixed our problem in record time! Very professional, wonderful service. Thank you so much for helping us.
