“I really cannot praise this shop enough. On the afternoon of July 3rd I was passing through Susanville driving home to oregon when I noticed my car overheating. Every mechanic I could find was closed for the Holiday and Chris was finishing his work for the day. I pulled into his lot desperate for help and Chris spent the next 4+ hours helping me get back on the road. (to the best of my limited understanding) the fitting connecting my radiator hose had crumbled fromthe inside. that fitting along with the hose were shot. Chris literally worked a miracle to get me back on the road. He said that he realized I couldeasily be stranded for days because ofthe timing, (just beforejuly 4th holiday) and he would hopethat if someone in his family was inmy position a mechanicwould help them out. there really are not enough people like this left in the world today. I encourage everyone to support this business.”

I highly recommend checking the MSRP sticker and making sure the vehicle you're buying has the features you want or can't live without. There was a mistake made in what the vehicle was equipped with. Instead of saying "I never said that" Matt Biasley admitted he made a mistake. Honesty from a car salesman. Thank you Matt this was the second vehicle I have purchased from Matt and Susanville Dodge/Jeep. I stayed local and with people like Matt I'll keep coming back.”
“I want to give a big shout out to Lassen Auto body. Their service was totally awesome and great. The work that I needed done was important for me to get done. I reached out to a few people that did not contact me back. I walked into Lassen Autobody and they set me up right there to get the work done. Shane and the whole staff had great customer service which is hard to find now days. They offered me a ride to pick up my truck. When I did pick it up the work they did turned out fabulously.
