Lots of free parking, clean and not congested Plus they will mail usps stuff as a courtesy. I hope to be moving my mailbox and do all my business here. “By far the best UPS store I have been to. I own a distribution business and I ship a lot of products through UPS daily. I have gone to other stores, but this store is the best. Other stores seem to get bothered by how many packages I drop off. Other stores nearby want me to ship through the “main distribution center” due to my volume and have told me that I have overwhelmed their drivers.
I have asked this store if I overwhelm them.

This one has the most friendly staff, best service, are very happy every time I walk in, and make me feel like family! I never feel like I bring in too many packages or feel pressured. “I have $1million for anyone who finds me a UPS store with better customer service - it does not exist. The employees at this store go absolutely above and beyond, including offloading boxes from my car, double checking to make sure everything is correct, and providing expertise in any question I might have. We use them for a big volume of packages and they make carloads of boxes easy to offload, scan, confirm, and provide receipts. They have even tracked down drivers for me to drop off an overnight package I missed the store cutoff for. Thank you a million times over, we are truly blessed to have them in close proximity to our factory.”

I contacted and the staff members were extremely friendly, responded to messages quickly, answered all my questions clearly and specifically, processed orders quickly, weighed and measured accurately, and guaranteed empty boxes. Opened, lost goods refunded, super fast delivery time (flew out on Thursday and arrived in HCM the following Monday). I sent it and my friend in Vietnam received it, everything is completely intact (the box is not dented at all). I extremely trust the company's service, will support it for a long time, the price is a little higher than other places, but compared to what the company has done, I am completely satisfied. The owner called to let me know and explained the risk. He went ahead and created new shipping labels for me, emailed me the new tracking numbers and waived the signature fees for the two boxes. “This cute little place is like part of a movie set; there are only two service windows in it. The employees are pleasant and helpful and best of all, letters and packages seem to get to their destinations more quickly than if I mail out of Seal Beach. Occasionally parking is a hassle, but I usually run other errands and come back and park with no problem.”
