An awesome place to stay steps from the beach. It is cute and has everything you need for a vacation at the beach including beach supplies to borrow. Breakfast was a welcome surprise and the coffee and pancakes are delicious.

Staff was AMAZING! Honestly if you want to be in a great location with your family you should stay here. It is so cute. It's close to the beach,shops and restraunts. I will definatley stay again, even just for location and service!

Nice little hotel in a nice area. Close to stores and dining and also the beach. Not too far to drive to LA and other tourist locations. Staff was nice. Breakfast was small and limited, there was cereal, fruit or pancakes.The cleanliness wasnt that great. Smudges on walls, fridge door, headboard let me know these things arent cleaned between guests. Housekeeping only gave us clean towels. They did not change bedding or even make the beds. Some days they emptied the trash but some days they didn't. They did not clean the toilet or sweep. 4 of us stayed for a week and the room was pretty gross by the end of our stay. I would have given 5 stars had our room been cleaned better.

So it seems really cute and quaint when you get here, but it's really not that great of a place to stay. It's cold and incredibly loud, and the walls are paper thin. all the beds creak when you sit on them and are honestly pretty uncomfortable. They refuse to pick up trash or dirty towels unless you let them in the room. We asked if we could just set everything outside and the straight up said no.The "breakfast" is just little cups of cereal and some gas station pastries and ONLY while supplies last, so if you don't get up at the crack of dawn, you are not getting anything. The coffee was disgusting and it was literally empty 30 minutes after they made it. I honestly don't know how this place has such good reviews. The only good thing about it is how close the beach is.

Shaun is really nice and great GM. That's about all. The rooms were clean, well kept, going through upgrades. Paid for and checked multiple times an ocean view. Didn't get it. And even if you did it was just a sliver. Pay for the cheapest and enjoy the location foe beach access. Breakfast, pass. Not exactly what I would have in mind. Good coffee. All in all, were to stay 3 nights but made it only one. Won't be back unless get a really good deal on a rate.

Called to make a reservation at the hotel, confirmed with Shawn there was availability and booked the room. Shawn called back about 30 minutes later and informed me they did not in fact have any open rooms. Horrible excuse for hotel management/customer service. Don’t even bother responding with your typical canned response and apology, I wish you all the worst.

This is a great spot to stay if you want to be close to the beach. That’s about all. The rooms are fine and clean. The problem is, it’s loud! There is an open atrium on the second floor and everything echos. You can hear everything from the hallway. Unfortunately we were here when a large group arrived and early every morning doors were being banged, kids yelling, and adults talking loudly. Don’t come here if you are looking for a peaceful getaway. We won’t be coming again even if we have our kids with us because we wouldn’t want them being the ones that are loud ruining the morning for someone else.
