All you have to do is walk in and they greet you with the most welcoming you in with a big smile and are willing to take care of you one on one like your family . They are so patient and caring. I will never go to any other UPS stores than this one. The reason is the other UPS stores was not as patience,understanding and caring. It's a lot easier, to come into the this store, knowing they are going to get the job done right. I walk out so happy, they always make my day even if my day is a hard day I always walk out with a smile. Don't tell anyone how great this UPS store is or we are going to have lines out the door. “I found this UPS Store when I needed to have things printed out. My home printer was malfunctioning yet again today so I headed out to this location.Service here has always been very friendly, helpful, and efficient. To print out my document the process is simple - they ask you to email the file to their email address. There is a $2 print minimum, so for 2 color pages printed the total was something like $2.21. The quality of the printouts were perfect. I was in and out in record time.Remember to use the Yelp check in offer if you're printing more than $2. For my order the check in deal wasn't applicable because it was only 2 pages.Thanks again UPS Store - your friendly staff always help me out when I'm in a bind.”

“This place is the best! Today I was rushing to mail a package as I’m new to the area so I 1) didn’t realize how long it would take me to get there during rush hour, and 2) went to the back of the shopping center instead of the front and called super frazzled minutes before 5:30pm thinking I wasn’t going to make it after a long drive. Despite the fact that I’m quite sure I sounded completely unhinged, the staff member was as calming and kind in person as on the phone, and her boss whom I met there was equally genuine and knowledgeable about some questions I had regarding shipping. My stress melted away chatting with them and I can’t recommend their excellent customer service enough!”

Javier assisted me with my Amazon return that the other UPS Store refused to take, even though I followed all of the directions. He was so kind and helpful, a seamless transaction. I will drive double the distance to this location because it SO MUCH BETTER than the one next to my house. I always appreciate good customer service, but Javier went above and beyond to be kind.
