I went there for my daughter new passport application and the Sikh guy with turnban over there at the counter name G.B. (Gurlal)Was very very helpful he made the whole process go really smooth very knowledgeable and humble person I really hope he gets to trained more person like him. Thanks G.B.(Gurlal) For your excellent service.

Nobody was there to handle the passport walk-in at 8am. Several families were waiting outside in cold. Please show some basic decency, and at least post a flier on the door if the person in charge is not available.

horrible management and rude, unprofessional workers; did walk in appointment for passports at 8 AM (confirmed time for walk-ins) and no one showed up until 9 AM. Rude worker named ebony showed up and gave us little to no help or clarification for walk ins or timing. did not end up getting my passport renewal done (no one in line did and i was at the front). wasted an hour

The South Asian passport guy doesn't know what he was doing, refusing my application claiming missing documents. I walk into the Alviso office with the same files and got accepted.

I'm a local resident of Sunol and everybody is friendly with a small-town vibe! Also love the little post office EXCEPT for the general manager! He is so grumpy and downright rude! I dread it when he comes to the window to help with service! Everyone else is so nice except at the post office. He needs to train himself on friendly customer service

I have in my 30 years of life in US "Bay area" have never seen such an amazing customer service. Every one at this location is so nice and caring. They make sure your work is done with a speed and best customer experience.Mr. Gulal and his colleague were very helpful and took care of all our paperwork for the US passport renewal for our kids. We were very impressed the way he acknowledged us the moment we entered the. Very respectful and polite.

Years after my review, USPS finally allows booking online and I was able to secure an appointment. Small parking lot but I was able to get a space. I was surprised only one person was working; the gentleman was taking care of both postal customers and passport customers, and he was very friendly and patient, and took care of our renewal efficiently. I applaud his work and now I have more appreciation for this tiny post office that gets things done.

This place is run by two idiots, that argue with me saying that the pleasanton post office don't know what the say (pleasanton told me the requirements for what I needed) and this location has his own rules, when it supposed to be the same anywhere no? The guy barely speach english and they are rude. Such a worst experience there. Save your time and go some other place
