helpful staff, i needed a cable and walked in minutes before closing. staff was very willing and eager to help me and did not make me feel rushed or like they were closing (which is how most stores make you feel a few minutes prior to closing time). they gave me the cable with zero questions asked. super easy , convenient , and friendly customer service

I went into the store because I was being charged twice the amount i was told I'd be charged, and wanted to cancel the service.I asked the staff the months for which I was charged double. Their response was "what do you want me to do about that? I would need to go through your previous bills and I don't want to do that."

Long story short, been charged more than twice as much as what Xfinity publicly advertised for the exact same service, decided to go into this store to see if they'll be able to offer anything to keep a loyal long term customer (5x years), was blatantly called a FRAUD by this rep I had, and decided to cancel, leave and never come back Not sure if the rep was having a bad day or just trained to do so to deter customers intentionally, but IMHO a good customer service would never this blatantly judge a customer, especially just within few sentences into a conversation. At least try to hear it out and be a bit empathetic. It would be OK to say due to policy there would be nothing you could help and such, but straight calling a customer fraud is just going too far On the other hand, I think Xfinity in general might be one of those companies who do not appreciate long term customers that actually look at their bill. Otherwise I can't seem to fathom a logical reason where a loyal long term loyal customer would be hit by at least 2x the cost for the same service and when brought up by customer, would rather let the customer end the service than offer any meaningful retention strategies

The reviews for this store, or any Xfinity store, aren't great so I was skeptical to come in. However, it's faster to pick up a model in store than get it shipped. I was in and out in 10 minutes! Theo was quick and pulled up all my details, and the relevant modem, in no time. Thankful to have a place with such quick and easy service close by.

I went with my elderly relative. The greeting team member and the subsequent team member who assisted her were very courteous. Will brought a low chair for the elderly person to sit in. The issue was resolved easily and guidance given on next step to reduce the monthly cost for people on limited income. I was very touched by the kind courteous service received at this location.

This is my local store, but this review primarily contains the experience of dealing with Comcast in general- I truly believe every representative I've talked to at Comcast was as helpful as this company allows them to be.All that being said, if you have any other option for internet, I've yet to find an internet provider worse than them. Between delaying every step of the way with support and generally not giving you what you pay for, avoid comcast at all cost.

I have yet to have very much luck with this store. I've been in twice in the past week and waited quite awhile both times. (1st time was about a 10-minute wait, the 2nd was nearly 2 hours) I could write a long story of my grievances with this and other XFinity stores, but will keep it short. Their employees have overall been rude (although there's been a couple of friendly ones sprinkled in there), the wait atrociously long and someone always ends up messing up our account and service plans anyway. If you can avoid XFinity and Comcast and find another phone/wifi provider altogether, I'd recommend it! Please save yourself the trouble.
