Popped into the store at the end of the day to ask a quick question. Stefano T. pleasantly answered all my questions and gave me his card so I could come back with my family the next day. Today he helped my kids order high speed internet for their first apartment in a brand new building. We were all blown away by his amazing service - our family was genuinely surprised how easy and smooth the entire experience was!! They increase my payment almost double. I went to this store they didn’t help. I wanted to talk with manager to avoid customer but I couldn’t. I closed my account. And i took all my 4 lines from xfinity to at&t.

(1) Xfinity service is very bad in Sunnyvale area (2) Mobile and Internet teams doesn’t work together and customer service sucks, they operate as two companies, never buy a bundle even if incentives are good. (3) Telephone and InStore teams keep blaming each other and work in silos, and no one takes accountability or minimum courtesy to put customer first (4) Employees blame systems (5) Billing Statements and transparency is Zero.

This place is terrible. The staff I delt with directly were rude and spoke down to me. While I realize that the company itself is huge and that it can be difficult for all employees to have the same exact information, have some solidarity. Since Xfinity has a monopoly in parts of the Bay they can get away with whatever they want. Can't wait for another ISP to service my building so I can drop Xfinity.

I only gave it one star because they don’t have anything lower, something like a BLACK HOLE, would be my actual rating.
I was setting up my Amazon 8 HD and found xfinitywifi and thought I would try it. Introductory cost of $10.00 with a monthly rate of $20 a month with unlimited use. The connection was weak, would occasionally drop off and for over a week I have not had any connection at all. As the old saying goes, you get what you pay for…. NOT. My recommendation is, DO NOT GO XFINITY!!!

Let’s face it, it’s frustrating enough just having to deal with Comcast, but it’s worse when you need to leave the comfort of your own home to resolve and issue. I came in with low expectations that my issue would get resolved without any hassle, but immediately when I walked in, Will assisted me, and had me on my way within 5-10 minutes. I’m thankful Will was able to resolve my issue so fast. Hopefully I won’t see and Xfinity issues again ??

helpful staff, i needed a cable and walked in minutes before closing. staff was very willing and eager to help me and did not make me feel rushed or like they were closing (which is how most stores make you feel a few minutes prior to closing time). they gave me the cable with zero questions asked. super easy , convenient , and friendly customer service

I went into the store because I was being charged twice the amount i was told I'd be charged, and wanted to cancel the service.I asked the staff the months for which I was charged double. Their response was "what do you want me to do about that? I would need to go through your previous bills and I don't want to do that."

0 skill to handle simple accout matter and rude to an epic level. Worst experience possible. Never use xfinity.
