Ongoing renovations lower my rating- ugly temp lobby, frequent loud noises and power tools are stressful. Underwhelming breakfast is just bread, fruit, juice, and yogurt cups. Otherwise the rooms are nice, decor cute, and central pool & tub look great.Noteworthy details: Currently under renovation, construction work during daytime.

This is a nice and convenient hotel, a great value compared to other hotels in the area. The rooms and area have a retro feel, the pool and hot tub are a great addition. Breakfast is very basic but gets you full in the morning.

The bed wasn't the most comfortable for some reason and not much to breakfast but the place is nice just kinda over priced for the whole experience.Nearby activities: In the heart of Sunnyvale. Lots around groceries, fuel, retail, and restaurants.Walkability: 7/11, Wendy's and gas right on the corner.

Used to quarantine after travels and it was a unique experience. The rooms and beds are in bad shape and I wouldn't want to stay here again. Breakfast was complimentary and fine for the price point. More of a motel experience overall but wouldn't recommend due to the bed quality.

There is construction going on. After 7:30 AM in the morning noise levels I measured on my iPhone went over 80 decibels in my room. Hope you're an early riser if you booked this hotel.

I can't believe this place is a Hyatt. Here I am on a business trip. Unable to sleep because my room is separated from loud talkers by a thin door. You'd think that they could at least replace the door with a real wall.

The hotel is currently under renovation when we were here (early Nov 2023). It was difficult to find the lobby as we arrived at night and there was no sign at the hotel or additional instructions in the email send out to guest about this.The biggest reason why I gave a 2 out of 5 are because of the AC unit and carpet in the room. We turned on the AC and it smells like stinky feet, sweat and mold…. The carpet was sticky and old. Overall, not very hygienic. We have been to many hyatt and must say, this location has been the worst. It feels more like a cheap motel than a hyatt hotel…..Hope it will be better once reno is done.

Had a very lovely experience .All staff were professional and willing to help in every way possible. The room we lodged was neat and well equipped. Breakfast was right on time and worth it. To top it all, most importantly it fits budget....

I've stayed here twice and have enjoyed it both times. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and they have a nice lol area. They serve a free, continental breakfast. They allow dogs.Hyatt took a motel and redid it with lots of tropical character.The best part is the cost. It's really a win for the affordable pricetag.

The hotel was under construction and the signs were limited. It was hard to navigate.The hotel staff was a total racist. They treated some guests rude and unfair. Some guests were told not to eat certain breakfast items and the staff brought out nicer breakfast items after those guests left. When confronted, the staff said that she was told to do so. Complaint should be made on BBB.

I am a returning Discoverist who comes here very frequently for work. I am not happy with the construction noise I had to face...but what can you do. Seems the hotel is undergoing a renovation of some sort. Breakfast has changed to grab-n-go which is a pain. AJ or JR (I always forget his name I'm sorry) at the front desk reception was the best part of my stay. He always treats me extraordinarily. I hope when I return next year things will be better but I always love staying here. Thx, Sunny.Rooms: The rooms are always immaculate. I personally love building 6.Safety: Be careful around the old front desk area- they are undergoing a remodel of some sort.Noteworthy details: Undergoing construction until next year I was told.

Nice price, folks at the desk were friendly and helpful, decent breakfast and a good pool area. The rooms were nice sized and clean. Definitely would recommend .

This is the weirdest hotel I have ever stayed, and I have traveled all over the world. The “front” desk is not at the front, it’s tucked away in the middle of a long hallway. There’s no elevator to go to the second floor, one has to drag the heavy luggages up on the stairs. The long hallway was painted totally in bright yellow lemon color, and make a turn, a pinkish orange hallway. When we finally reached our room, we could not find any light switch by the door. We had to walk in the dark and try to find a switch in the bathroom. Air conditioner was not adjustable, we had to unplug it to stop it. The next morning, the light switch by the sink did not work. This hotel is under the Hyatt umbrella. I booked it based on my confidence in the Hyatt system, extremely disappointed.

This was the most dreadful experience ever! I absolutely wouldn't recommend this "wild" hotel to anyone. Based on other people's Google reviews, we decided to stay at this hotel, and honestly, we deeply regretted it ?Our first bad impression was all the trash strewn around the side gate. The room itself had this disgusting musty smell ?, and it was so cramped that you could barely move without bumping into furniture. The wall-mounted AC was too close to the beds, so you'd feel cold air blowing directly on your face all night.We had originally booked a couple of days, but it was so bad that we wanted to leave as soon as possible. On the first and only night we stayed there, the power went out, and we had no hot water, TV, iron, microwave, mini-fridge, or breakfast. When we asked the front desk for help, they offered absolutely nothing to make up for the inconvenience but a rude attitude. I'd give their customer service zero stars ?.Stay safe and find a better place for yourself or your family.Rooms: Rooms are tiny and smelly ?

Staying here is the worst hotel experience of my life and I have stayed in more than a hundred of hotels. The room is tiny and extremely stinky. The mildew smell will stain you cloth and the smell stays on the cloth even after washes. The price simply is not worth it. It’s just a 1 star hotel.
