When asking on the phone if it's possible to get a tire with a screw in it patched we were told to bring it and wait for an unknown length of time, but somehow before they close. Poor customer service.

I had a 9am appointment and was asked when would I like to come back, and I said in the morning. I arrive at the shop and Edgardo had no information on my car or what service was being done. I had to tell him they received my tires the day prior and would be installing them, of which he asked what tires were they installing. I received an email at 11am stating an inspection had been completed on my car, so I called the shop asking when my car would be ready and I was told 45min (Noon), I said I would be there then. I arrive at 1pm to only be told my car isn't ready and to come back in 30min. The reasoning I was given is because installing low profile tires takes extra time and the balancing was tricky. I don't understand how having an appointment helped since it took over 5 hours to install a new set of tires without balancing or an alignment. I will never visit this location again.

You have the worst receptionist , I thought it was just me but then I saw him being extremely cruel to an older white client. I wouldn't come back unless I was really stranded like I was. Usually when employees are not paid well they take it on the clients, (Just fyi)

Took half the time they quoted me & cost was less than I’d expected; not too much less but on the lower side of what I’d researched & expected.
Absolutely coming back when need to.

Scheduled appointment for 1pm saying I'll stay for the car. Oil change and tire rotation. Came in at 1:15pm, was told it would take 1.5 hr. Took 3 hours. Paid 126 for it. Tires weren't rotated. In inspection battery, wiper and air filter were flagged. I would expect them to discuss and offer their professional opinion on addressing these. When came to the maintenance bays, found the two attendants gooding around on a roller cart while the only one mechanic is working on the car. Have been comijg to the sister location down el Camino for 5 years which was closed, so expected the same lever of service. Not at all. Will probably not be coming back.

I already forgot their names (I think one who helped me was Jacob), but everyone there was super nice and helpful. Went in on a whim for something small I had been putting off for a while. Wasn’t sure they could even help me, but they immediately took care of me and fixed the issue within a few minutes!

Jacob was very helpful. He’s always displayed a knowledgeable and approachable personality. He’s made the difference every time I’ve been at this location.
Overall it’s always been a good experience with small bumps into the location not having parts for the cars and waiting time or coming back for finalization of service next day. Nothing major but small inconveniences that team at this location deals with very professionally and with smile.
Will continue coming for sure.

It was quite apparent that the salesman was uninterested. He did not explain what was with the vehicle when he went over the recommendations after the wheel alignment was done.

The shop used to be my go-to place for tires (25 years, for all my 4 cars). No longer.
The last two visits would indicate that the shop deteriorated both in workmanship and service to the point it should be avoided.
First bad experience in December 2023. Job was 4 tires replacement. Got notified in the afternoon that job is behind schedule and agreed to leave car overnight. Next day noticed a loose wheel lug nut due to a striped lug. Was told ordering a replacement lug would require another day. Went to a local parts shop and bought lug and brought over. Still required another day. Next day was informed they failed to replace the lug. (Took car to independent mechanic who replaced while I waited.)
Second bad experience in February 2024. Had to leave the car overnight for tires’ replacements (In both cases I had a confirmed appointment and arrived on time before noon).
Picked up the car next day and low tire pressure warning sign was on. Drove back to shop. Was told to drive until the light will turn off. Told them I already drove over 10 miles. Technician told me he noticed a bad TPMS a day before, but shop DID NOT TELL ME. Asked to replace the TPMS, but shop did not have them in stock (it’s a tires shop???). Was told they will order one and call me within 2 days. Well, they did not. (After 4 days went to another shop and got a new TPMS).
During those visit, since they were multi-days visits, I noticed that front desk service people were never the same. A new person each time so lacking continuity.
Shop should be avoided.

Quick, friendly and professional battery replacement, as well as basic system checks. Good price when compared to other automotive shops in the area. Was able to get an appointment for the very next day - a Sunday no less. I will be a return customer
