I went this branch to make a wire transfer. I after a long waiting, I was told that I have to get an appointment for just a simple domestic wire transfer and they were fully booked for a day. Very interesting that I can do wire transfer on my own but the cashier can't. You lost a customer

It seems that the old-fashioned spirit of providing good service is disappearing. Instead of being directed to the right person for a specific request, there are too many unnecessary questions being asked. The abundance of online banking conveniences has made service workers lazy. As a result, customers are expected to submit requests online in order to receive permission to go to the bank for simple needs. In addition to the expectation of submitting requests online, service workers also burden us customers with unnecessary questions that make us feel responsible for tasks that should be their responsibility. This may be due to the HR department recruiting unqualified employees or we are on the verse of transferring to AI for “better” services?..

THEYRE OPEN SUNDAYS 9am-12pm !! Almost every other bank is closed sundays :( but im glad this location is open!

Had cashed 3 checks here from same company. Now I can't cash the same company check. Smh manager and workers are not on the same page. I do not recommend coming to this branch, and or bank with Wells Fargo in general. You will waste time and energy. Mariana Capella lied about not seeing the previous checks I had cashed here. I will be contacting corporate. Thanks again for time wasted, because in the Bay area time is money!!!

Excellent customer service. I just dropped by and they helped me setting up an appointment so that I wouldn't have to wait in line. Once I arrived for my appointment, the banker quickly helped me open a bank account through a smooth process and got my internet banking running despite minor complications with the system.
