This WF branch never answer the phone, and even for simple questions force you to go online and set up an appointment, that they do not honor. A total waste o of time for customer, and total lack of service

Very rude banker in the branch. I walked in to make a deposit at my dad's account and had some follow up questions. The teller couldn't answer them and the banker intercepted our conversations but couldn't provide more information other than "call the customer service". I didn't mind that they didn't know the answers but the banker's (or manager's?) attitude really bothered me. He was very rude and obnoxious with an attitude that "you people are dumb." I left the branch with a very bad mood, but felt lucky that I closed my Wells Fargo account several years ago when my account was breached.

5/26/23 I bank here but what I am disappointed about is their online banking plus they do not have this 2 features that my other local banks have: chat line and secure message. I have to call their 800 number for customer service and wait many minutes before someone answers. Not efficient and friendly!

It used to be my to go place for Wells Fargo branch, but I was not there for two years. Customer service went downhill.You could not get any information by phone because they never answer calls anymore. Anything needed had to make an appt online. Therefore, I finally had to make an in-person visit.I complained to the branch manager Harris, who was not customer service oriented either. He was unfriendly and denies the fact phone calls were not answered after seeing calls made via my cell phone, but stated he would talk to his staff. He was not apologetic and did not offer any constructive alternatives. He is much less than the former manager Jonathan.The star is for the lady teller, who was nice and proper.

Shocked to receive such rude and condescending behavior from the manager at Wells Fargo Bank on Mary Avenue, Sunnyvale. He told us to leave and take our business elsewhere and stormed off. We will take our money out and close our accounts.

Excellent Customer Service at this Branch is Sunnyvale on Mary Ave. The Tellers are very helpful and this is a wonderful Wells Fargo.

The Hours say that there is a drive-through that opens at 07:30. I went there at 07:30, and there is no drive-through at all... I tried to update this listing on Google Maps, but I could only request an edit to the main bank hours, not the drive-through hours.

I had stood by Wells Fargo for over 20 years, but today I am done. The broken processes with my mortgage and fees on checking account when I told there would not be any fees since we have a mortgage with them, has put me at my wits end. Closed one account today, few more to follow and I will refinance somewhere else. Then on top of the that, the customer service agent that was working told me she was late to lunch, so I left and told her I would figure it out on my own. Bye bye Wells Fargo.
